    Neurofeedback

    Neurofeedback

Regions of the brain can be either over or underactive, which contributes to symptoms. Neurofeedback trains these brain areas by providing feedback through videos (e.g., movies or tv shows) or audio (e.g., music or podcasts). Your brain waves control the volume/picture quality of this media through a sensor pasted on the region being trained, helping your brain learn how to run more effectively and in turn reduce associated symptoms.

    Biofeedback

    Biofeedback

Biofeedback measures changes in your heart rate to discover a personalized breathing pace, which helps you get your heart and lungs working together. Following this breathing pace decreases symptoms of depression, anxiety, and general stress by creating physical relaxation.
